Summer csa

Community Supported Agriculture, Community Sustained Agriculture or CSA. A CSA is a program for you as a consumer to become a part of our farm and receive a weekly basket of produce. By making a financial commitment to our farm you become a member of our CSA program. Payment is due up front beginning the CSA season. Some CSA programs require a work obligation, but we do not. We do offer volunteer days where you can earn coupons that can be applied to your next season.

Low Risk?  The tradition of community supported agriculture is that all the members share the risk of the farm.  If a catastrophic event would occur resulting in total loss of the crops the members would lose their investment.  At Scott Arbor we take a different approach to this tradition.  Its our guarantee to our members that if we can not provide you with a weekly share of organic vegetables within the limits that we promise, we refund your money.  The risk you share at Scott Arbor is accepting that every year some crops will fail, but others will exceed expectations.  Scott Arbor is a well run farm with over 20 years experience growing organically in central Texas.  You invest in a promise we make.
