Ingredients:

1c. broccoli, chopped into 1 inch pieces

Salt

Water

Cooking Instructions:

Place broccoli in pot and add ½ inch water to the pot.  Sprinkle salt over broccoli.  Turn heat to medium and allow to cook until broccoli is tender.  Tenderness can best be determined by sliding a knife into the broccoli stem.  It should slide back out without picking up the broccoli.
